This trip combines the beauty of the Puerto Vallarta backcountry with the inviting and charming small towns of the area. Each tour is lead by one of our knowledgeable English-speaking guides. The trip begins with an exploration of the jungle that covers the massive Sierra Madre Mountains.
As you pass through this expanse of dense forestry, you will pass through Mexican villages where you will get to see what life is like in rural Mexico. See locals playing and working including the local cowboys herding their cattle. The destination is one of the best lookout spots in the whole region, where you will be able to take pictures of the amazing vistas. The next stop is at the River Canopy where you will be taken on a professional tequila tour and savor the smooth tastes of the local tequilas right in nature.
Then you head over to the Jungle Bar to enjoy a refreshing soda or beer and then to take a dip in the Las Pilitas waterfalls. The Jungle Bar is found in a beautiful and relaxing lush setting filled with all kinds of tropical trees, various swimming holes, and even a 15 foot cliff that you can jump off if you are daring enough. The trip is wrapped up with the option to eat lunch at a local restaurant. Our trips are great for anyone who is 16 years old with a valid driver license, but little to no experience is required to drive these vehicles.
