This tour package starts with a lesson of the basics of sailing, We keep the number of guests very limited on these tours to make the experience as intimate and interactive as possible. The crew on board is a talented and dedicated crew that will be sure to show you the beauty and pleasure of sailing.

After the sailing lessons, it is time to sit back and take in the joy of sailing. We head out to the calm blue waters of the Banderas Bay, where you will get the chance to witness the abundant marine life that make their home in these waters. Keep your eyes peeled and your camera ready for wild dolphin sights, as well as manta rays, sea turtles, and in the winter months, humpback whales.

Our Vallarta sailing excursions use only the most luxurious and state of the art of Beneteau sailing vessels. Beneteau is one of the world's most respected boatmakers, offering only the best in luxury sailing including spacious decks and an abundance of comfortable lounging areas. If you want to get in the water and explore, we offer you snorkeling gear so you can see everything found below the surface of the water. If you do not want to go snorkeling, you can simply enjoy the top-notch relaxation available to you on board these sailing yachts. Find the best spot on our cushioned lounge areas or lay out on the deck to work on your tan. Grab a drink from the open bar, grab a bite to eat from the delectable complimentary lunch, and enjoy luxury and pampering at its very finest.

What kind of sailboats do you have?

We have a fleet of 2 luxury Beneteau sailboats, a 45-foot and 50-foot. Both sailboats come with open bar, restrooms, cushioned deck, snorkeling gear, and towels 

I have never sailed before - does it matter?

Not at all. You can either sit back and relax and let the crew look after you, or you can learn how to sail. The crew will show you the ropes.

I'm a keen sailor - will I have the chance to really sail?

Of course - we encourage everyone to take the helm, and sailing conditions in the bay are very good all year round.

Where will we go on our sailing trip?

That depends on the wind conditions, but typically we head to the north end of the bay in the morning past an area called La Cruz de Huanacaxle where there are some beautiful views of the coast.  We let the winds take us to one of the many small and beautiful coves for a swim and snorkel while the crew prepares lunch. In the afternoons, the wind usually blows north to south, which gives us the chance to put out all of the sails on our return to the Marina.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically qualified and within any limits listed below in order to participate in this activity. No refunds will be given to those who reserve a spot and can not participate due to the restrictions listed below.   • Minimum age 10 years old
  • Tour typically does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays (if you can only go on a Saturday or Sunday, call our office to check the most up-to-date schedule)
  • We have two departures: from Nuevo Vallarta at 9:30AM and from Marina Vallarta (Downtown) at 10:00AM
